Portfolio Redefined is for high school seniors who are preparing an art and design portfolio for college admission. Portfolio Redefined on October 12, 2013 is devoted to workshopping ideas and practices for building a competitive portfolio for college submission. The day includes hands-on "how to sessions" on documenting work riting for portfolio submissions and finding inspiration to kick-start your portfolio. Arts professionals and art & design college students will share projects and give guidance on how to best present oneself to the school of their choice.

Art Degree Demystified is a free event for high school students and parents who are preparing to apply for admission to colleges of art and design. Art Degree Demystified on October 19, 2013 is a day devoted to informational presentations made by educators, college administrators and students. We'll put the spotlight on different art schools and tips for how to make informed decisions about where to apply based on your interests and needs. The day will include a presentation on different types of undergraduate art degrees, a focus on application processes to art and design colleges and financial aid 101. We have invited current undergraduate students from area art colleges to share their portfolios and speak about their experiences applying to and attending art school. It's going to be a great event and we hope to see you there!
